Countdown to Christmas Blocks

Well, I finally have some done!  I thought I was never going to finish them...here they are my countdown to Christmas block.  They are wooden, and very durable for those tiny helpers.  :-)

I tried to get pictures of all the different paper patterns.  They are $25 each.

Parent Teacher Conference

I had my first official parent teacher conference for kindergarten today.  I was a little nervous.  Well, I soon found out that I had nothing to be nervous about.  God has answered our prayers and heard our pleas for Gabe's education.  He is not just doing good....he is doing GREAT!  He scored high on all of his academic testing, one of the highest in his class.  I am so proud of him and over-joyed for the blessings God has given us.  Gabe is reading & ready to increase his reading level so that means I have some homework to do.  :-)  He loves centers...just not the alphabet one because he gets bored.  I am super excited that he is doing great at school & that God has blessed him!

Stampin' Up!

I held my first workshop this past Saturday night and we made 3 projects.  I think it went really well.  We had lots of fun & it seemed like everyone enjoyed what we made. 

 I hope to post when our next workshop will be soon!  I need to get through my show this weekend and then I will start up with some more workshops!  I think the next one will either be some cards or gift tags & gift card holders, what would you like to do?

It is time!

Lily has been obsessed with the potty these days so a few weeks ago I bought her the official princess potty.  Every little girl needs her pink throne I mean potty to sit on...don't judge me!  :-)  So, the first week we just kind of sat on it and haven't done too much.

This week we have been going at least 2 times a day!  We even pooped once!  The little things we get excited over.  She loves that its plays music when she goes and that we all parade into the bathroom when it chimes to praise her for her bowel movement, haha.  So, today I was brave enough to put on some big girl panties.  We will see how she does around the house this morning with them on!

Rangerfest

The first weekend of October I did my first official show on my own!  Well, my dad came along with me and he made a few things to sell too.  The booth was mine, I got an awesome pink canopy and set everything up and got to showcase what I love to do!  My post-it note stuff was a big hit!  I did quite well and the day went by fast!  My next show is going to be at the Horseshoe October 23rd!  Here are a few pics of my booth!

My Dad makes the teacup bird feeders (which are wicked cute in the garden or flower beds) and the rustic wooden boxes!  Cute, huh?

I am working on my presentation for my next show.  I think with each one I do it will get better!  I look forward to the next one!
